I was in the process of buying a new car and wanted insurance information before I made the purchase. I did have to leave a message, but Katie called me back almost immediately and helped me with a binder and information on my new rate. Thankfully, it only went up $11/mo - very reasonable.

We recently worked with an account manager named Josh B. to find a more reasonable Home Owners Insurance rate. Our previous provider had increased our rates by almost double, even though we had never made any claims. Josh was so thorough and efficient in finding us a new provider with comparable coverage at a lower rate. We highly recommend his services, as well as any agent at Kathy Scott.
